This Privacy Policy explains how the Mysty Telegram bot ("Service"), operated by Althera LLP, BIN 251040012670, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostandyk district, Nursultan Nazarbayev Ave., 193, collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

- Usage Data — interaction timestamps, feature usage, language preferences
2. Purposes of Data Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:

5. Data Retention
- Account data — retained for as long as your account is active (i.e., you have not blocked the bot)
- Query history — retained for up to 12 months from the date of the query
- Payment and dispute records — retained for up to 180 days after the transaction for dispute resolution purposes
- After deletion — when you block the bot or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days
6. International Data Transfer
Your personal data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection regardless of the processing location, including the use of secure data transfer protocols and access controls.

By using the Service, you agree to receive service messages (order confirmations, payment receipts, account notifications), which are necessary for contract performance.
