1. Parties and Key Information
This Agreement ("Terms") is a public offer between Althera LLP, BIN 251040012670, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostandyk district, Nursultan Nazarbayev Ave., 193 (hereinafter "Service Provider") and any individual who accepts this offer by using the Service (hereinafter "User").
By accessing or using the Mysty Telegram bot (hereinafter "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subject of the Offer
The Service Provider offers access to an AI-powered self-reflection and guidance service delivered through the Telegram messaging platform. The Service generates personalized symbolic insights and guided reflections using artificial intelligence.
3. Registration and Access
- Access to the Service is provided through the Telegram bot.
- No separate registration is required — your Telegram account serves as your identity.
- By starting the bot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms.
- The agreement is considered concluded from the moment you first interact with the bot (send the /start command).
4. Payment Methods
Payment for premium features is processed via bank cards through certified payment providers (YooMoney LLC, Polar Software, Inc., Bank CenterCredit JSC).
The Service Provider does not collect, store, or process bank card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by the payment providers.
Telegram Stars
Users may also purchase services using Telegram Stars digital currency. Stars are purchased from Telegram under Telegram's Terms of Service and do not constitute a monetary payment to the Service Provider.

All purchases are one-time. The Service does not use automatic recurring payments.
Payment Security: Payments are processed by certified payment operators (YooMoney LLC, Polar Software, Inc., Bank CenterCredit JSC). We do not store or process bank card data. All transactions are protected under the PCI DSS standard.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.

- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
- If the purchased service has been fully consumed (all sessions used), a refund may be declined.
- If due to the Service Provider's fault (e.g., extended server downtime or technical failures), the Service is entirely unavailable for over 10 consecutive business days, the User may request a refund proportional to the unused access period. Unavailability caused by Telegram outages, internet disruptions, third-party actions, or force majeure is not grounds for a refund.
- The User may discontinue use of the Service at any time and request a proportional refund for unused days or sessions via the original payment method, provided the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not issued for sessions obtained through referral bonuses or by watching ads.
6. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not share account access with third parties
- Not use automated requests or exceed 500 requests per day
- Accept sole responsibility for the content of their messages
7. Prohibited Content
The Service prohibits the distribution or request of materials related to:
- Narcotics or psychotropic substances, including promotion of their use
- Suicide or its promotion
- Pornographic materials, including involving minors
- Extremist content or hate speech
- Content that incites violence or constitutes harassment
- Content that violates the rights of third parties
- Attempts to exploit or manipulate the AI system
- Other content restricted or prohibited under applicable law
8. Intellectual Property
Exclusive rights to the Service, its software, and design elements belong to the Service Provider or other right holders. Content created by the User using the Service belongs to the User. The User grants the Service Provider a free, non-exclusive license to store and process such content as needed for service operation.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE, ITS FEATURES, AND GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE SERVICE PROVIDER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, SUITABILITY, OR SAFETY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE'S AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT A SCIENTIFIC TOOL AND IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PERSONAL REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY.

- Do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
- Should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions
- Are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be accurate
THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT THE DEVELOPER OF THE AI MODEL USED TO GENERATE RESPONSES, DOES NOT CONTROL ITS FUNCTION, AND CANNOT PREVENT POTENTIAL ERRORS, OFFENSIVE, OR FALSE MESSAGES. THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR SUCH CONTENT OR FOR ANY RESULTING DAMAGES.
ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE REST ENTIRELY WITH THE USER. THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, OR REPUTATION) ARISING FROM SERVICE USAGE OR INACCESSIBILITY.
Response errors or failure to meet User expectations are not grounds for refunds or compensation.
Ads in the Service: The Service may include third-party advertising. The Service Provider does not verify its accuracy or compliance and provides no guarantees or liability regarding such content or the advertised products/services.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the Service Provider's location.
12. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Final Provisions
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
- Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of such provision.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Service Provider regarding the Service.
